Overview
These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of the EmbedHQ.ai skill stack ("Product"). By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms in full. Please read them carefully before buying.

What You're Buying
EmbedHQ.ai sells downloadable digital products — structured AI skill files (the "Skills") designed for use with Anthropic's Claude AI platform. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use these files.
- Starter Stack — Skills 1–5, 24 files
- Builder Stack — Skills 6–10, 15 files
- Full Stack — All 10 skills, 39 files
Files are delivered digitally via a time-limited download link sent to your email. Download links expire 48 hours after purchase.
License Grant
Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Download and install the Skills on your own Claude account(s)
- Use the Skills for personal or internal business purposes
- Modify skill files for your own use
You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the files with others
- Publish or publicly post the skill files or their contents
- Repackage the Product under a different brand or offering
- Use the Product to build a competing skill marketplace or product
Digital Delivery
Because this is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, you acknowledge that:
By completing checkout, you expressly request immediate delivery and waive any applicable cooling-off or cancellation rights that would otherwise apply to digital content. All sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.
Payments & Pricing
All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. We do not store your payment information. Stripe's own Privacy Policy governs payment data.
Prices are subject to change at any time. Your purchase locks in the price at checkout.
No Warranties
The Skills are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no representations that the files will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with future versions of Claude or any other platform.
EmbedHQ.ai does not guarantee any specific business outcomes, revenue, regulatory approvals, or investment results from using the Skills. The Skills are informational tools, not legal, financial, or regulatory advice.
No Vendor Affiliation
EmbedHQ.ai is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any BaaS provider named in this product. Vendor information reflects the author's professional experience and is provided for informational purposes only.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EmbedHQ.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.
Intellectual Property
All content, structure, formatting, and methodology contained in the Skills remains the intellectual property of EmbedHQ.ai. Your license does not transfer ownership. Anthropic's Claude platform is governed by Anthropic's own terms and policies.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
