EmbedHQ.ai is a digital product business based in California. We sell downloadable AI skill files for use with Anthropic's Claude platform. For privacy-related inquiries, contact hello@embedhq.ai.
What Data We Collect
We collect the minimum data necessary to process your purchase and deliver your files. Here's exactly what we collect and why:

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate EmbedHQ.ai. Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle your data:

- Resend — Transactional email delivery. resend.com/privacy
- Vercel — Hosting and serverless functions. vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy
- Upstash — Redis-based token storage (48-hour expiry). upstash.com/trust/privacy.pdf
Data Retention
We retain your email address and order details for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfill support obligations and comply with tax/legal record-keeping requirements (typically 7 years for financial records).
Download tokens stored in Upstash Redis are automatically deleted after 48 hours.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including:
- The right to access data we hold about you
- The right to request correction of inaccurate data
- The right to request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements)
- For California residents: rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data)
- For EU/EEA residents: rights under the GDPR

Cookies
EmbedHQ.ai does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Stripe's embedded checkout may set functional cookies necessary to process payments. These are strictly necessary and cannot be disabled without breaking checkout.
Children's Privacy
EmbedHQ.ai is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, contact us immediately at hello@embedhq.ai.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be noted here. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes acceptance.
