Why No Refunds?
Immediate digital delivery
Your files are delivered the moment your payment clears. Once downloaded, the product cannot be returned. Unlike physical goods, digital files can't be "given back."

Every tier, every skill, and every deliverable is documented in detail on our site. We encourage you to review them before purchasing to make sure the product fits your needs.
Pre-sale support available
If you're unsure whether EmbedHQ.ai is right for you, email us before purchasing. We'd rather answer your questions upfront than have an unhappy customer.
Exceptions We'll Honor
We take our product quality seriously. If something is genuinely broken on our end, we'll make it right:
We will issue a refund if: your download link failed to arrive and we cannot resolve the delivery issue within 48 hours of your purchase, or if the files you received are materially incomplete or corrupted and we are unable to provide working replacements.
Refund exceptions are handled on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. "Changed my mind," "didn't use it," or "it didn't work as expected with my workflow" do not qualify under this exception.
Platform Compatibility
EmbedHQ.ai skills are designed for Anthropic's Claude platform (Claude.ai and Claude Code). We are not responsible for:
- Changes to Claude's platform, skills functionality, or file format requirements made by Anthropic after your purchase
- Incompatibility with third-party tools or workflows not specified in our product documentation
- Your access level or subscription tier on the Claude platform
How to Request an Exception
If you believe your situation qualifies under our exceptions policy, email hello@embedhq.ai with:
- Your order email address
- A description of the issue
- Any relevant screenshots or error details
We'll respond within 2 business days and work quickly to resolve any genuine delivery or quality issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us first is a violation of these terms. We maintain detailed purchase and delivery logs and will contest fraudulent chargebacks. If you have a genuine concern, please contact us first — we'll respond quickly.
